Walking Guide: LRT Masjid Jamek to Tugu Park (Taman Tugu)

A 25-Minute Walk to Nature

Directions

  • Exit the LRT Kelana Jaya Line Masjid Jamek station and head toward Jalan Tun Perak.

  • Cross the road at the traffic light junction between the Kelana Jaya Line and the Ampang Line / Sri Petaling Line Masjid Jamek stations.

  • Head right and walk along the sidewalk on Jalan Tun Perak.

  • At the next traffic light, cross the yellow pedestrian crossing straight ahead.

  • Continue straight onto Jalan Parlimen.

  • Walk along the pedestrian path for about one minute.

  • At the next traffic light intersection, cross the road onto the pedestrian walkway and continue straight along Jalan Parlimen.

  • In about five minutes, you’ll reach the Taman Tugu entrance on the right, marked by a large Taman Tugu sign beside the main road.

  • Continue straight ahead, and in about five more minutes, you’ll arrive at the Forest Trail main entrance on your right.

  • The entire walk takes about 25 minutes.
