From the KL Sentral main hall, follow the signs to MRT, Q Sentral, and Menara CIMB.
You’ll pass the KLIA Ekspres arrival hall on your right.
Take the lift on your left to go up one level, or head further up and use the escalator.
Once on the upper level, head right and continue straight ahead.
At the next door, turn right to enter Q Sentral (while Menara CIMB is to the left).
The walk is straightforward, fully indoor, with clear signage, and takes about three minutes.
